Your Manchester Move email will tell you what to do next and which documents you need to submit to the housing association
- If you have been given Southway as your housing association, please attach your documents to this form
- Make sure all documents are attached, ideally in one single PDF

If a different housing association is managing your application, you can still hand your documents in at our office. We’ll pass them on for you.
- Wait for your housing association to contact you
- You will be notified via email when your application has been activated
- If the application takes longer than 28 working days, you don’t need to contact the housing association. Once your application is live or if any additional information is needed, you’ll be contacted
- Your queue/priority date will be backdated to when we receive all your documents. You won’t lose your place in the queue if it takes longer to process your application
