  • Over 55s
  • Residents with care needs
  • Residents choosing to move to a smaller home or rightsizing
  • First time buyers

This is part of our Five Year Plan to help tackle the housing crisis, reduce carbon emissions and help our residents save money on bills.

Shared ownership schemes

We’re developing a number of homes for shared ownership.

What is shared ownership?

If you can’t afford a full mortgage or deposit, shared ownership is a way to get on the housing ladder by owning a share in your home.

You pay rent on the share you don’t own to a housing association or local authority.

There are options to increase your share in the future.

To find out more and register your interest in homes coming soon, visit Gecko Homes.
