Lift and hoist inspection and servicing
We carry out a full safety inspection and service of lifting and hoist equipment every six months. These checks help us spot potential problems early and keep your equipment running smoothly.
Your safety is our priority, and these regular checks are part of your tenancy agreement.
What you need to do
- We’ll contact you well in advance to arrange your inspection and service
- Please keep your appointment and allow our engineer into your home
- If you need to rearrange, call us as soon as possible
If we’re unable to access your home, we may need to take further action to make sure essential safety checks are completed.
